Oh....how it goes.

This week I went to Great America. It was tons of fun. I went on 18 rides, had subway and a sunday funnel cake. Yum. Wednesday I played pool with Eric and Kate and my new train friend Kellie and her boy, Andy. It was nice. We made plans for Saturday to go to Neo. Then I just remembered that Ben said he would come and visit. Ben the brother in law. However, it is now Thursday and I still haven't heard anything from him.

I feel like I am addicted to email right now. I just want to read and read the exploits and adventures of others lives. Writing back and commenting on that... Makes the bigger pictures a little more viewable. Then again, I just want to go on a warm, sandy beach with some nice drinks, a umbrella, a good friend and relax. Talk when we feel like it, swim to cool off, and dry in the sun. Don't have to be anywhere. Don't have to responsible for daily problems, don't have to figure out the meaning of life, and solutions to ...life's problems. I would rather think about how I am going to spend my night and what I am going to have for dinner, and what to wear. Small, trivial things seems so pleasant. So inviting. I just want to live, and enjoy being, and have those around me...enjoy that too. Not be wracked with guilt, indecision, confusion, anxiety, or ennui.

I want to play. Badmitton. Chess. Hearts. Hide and seek. Tag. Wrestle. Swim. Race. Charades. Fish. Rollerblade. Ride bike. Ride horse. Dance.

a page all for me??!!
wow
with lots of blue and peppermints and chains? (hehehe)
and i can post to it and tell stories of picking up crying babies and getting yelled at by evil germans and singing in the church choir and taking care of little dogs and my nice boyfriend and my nice friends and our promising local band -- ahhh... a place to put all that. a page for kersten. (isn't she suppose to have a name so no one knows it's her?)

I am going to make a page for Kersten. Yes, indeed. All three if you should see what she looks like. Herself included. And you know,....she is in a promising local band. You ever sit and think about the people you know, the kind of connections via networking you are making? In biograhies, they always make it a point to describe what kind of friends (career wise...etc...after all isn't that how we are defined?) the person has? I am thinking of the friends I have: german translater, city planner, network administrator, enterprising housewife, promotion/productions, several musicians, poet, youth activist, leather craftsman, nurse, flight attendant, various artists (primarily comic, sculpture), art critic, pc game programmer, seamstress....so many interesting things. I know that by making that list, I have severely catagorized everyone. 8P Deal.

I saw the funniest show in the world, the other day. Crank Yankers. Well, funny for now I guess. The Osburns was amusing, but this is quick, instant amusement. Americans are so friendly! Regardless of what some say, I think this show is a tribute to how well we excel in customer service. After all, we are a nation obsessed with customer satisfaction.

You have to hit the "post and publish" button in the upper right hand corner.

there used to be a time that you'd post to this more often - you were part of my morning office ritual -- reading the hadjare board.... alas.

movies, tea, letters and crafts sounds like a lovely weekend.
a weekend where you do NOT try to mix friend systems and fail.
why doesn't everyone just want to get along?
why don't people just try?
or just pretend - just to do another person a favor?

What a crazy week. I met a pen pal, went for drinks, shopping and a game of chess at Ennui (down the street). I haven't done something like that in quite some time, it reminds me of back when I was in college, and did these things on a regular basis. Good god, I am starting to sound like one of those old people that can never seem to get out of their "good 'ol college days." I didn't say I want that back, I am just simply stating that it was an enjoyable experience. One of the better benefits to being in college.

But there are so many *more* benefits to being a young adult, out of college, hacking a way through life.

This next weekend, there are no plans! What? Nope. None. Just me, the tv, maybe some movies from Blockbuster, tea, diet coke, the cats, my darling, letters, books and crafts. Ideal.

Today is just one of those days, when playing with the digital camera makes the day fun. Wanna see what I look like today? Then go here, and enjoy every second.
Oh, last weekend was awesome. I have pictures, but they are not digital, I am afraid and will have to wait until after this weekend. What am I doing this weekend? Going to Milwaukee by 9.00 am to see Tim's little brother Mark graduate. Then zoom off to Kalamazoo Michigan by 5.00 to see kersten and participate in a memorial dinner. This is the last weekend I had any plans though. So....
